Cancellation policy

Check-in at 2 p.m. and check-out at noon .
Special Rate : Rate of 10 % over the daily rate, for children up to 04 years old.

Cancellations

Situation  A - ( months of December , January, February and holidays )
In case of comunications made by the guest up to 07 days , before noon of  the check-in date  100 % of the amount deposited for booking will be refunded within  02 business days,  by means of  for credit in an account in the name of the depositor
.
In case of comunications made by the guest between the sixth day before noon  of, the  check-in date and noon of the second day before the check-in 50% of  the amount deposited for booking will be refunded  within 02 business days by means of credit in an account in the name of the depositor.

In case of comunications made by the guest , after noon time , the second day ( less than 24 hours ) prior to check-in or cancellation at the front desk on the day of the check-in , reservations will be cancelled without refund of amounts already paid .

Situation B - Other months except December, January , February and Holidays

In case of comunications made by the guest before noon of  the second day of ( more than  24 hours ) prior to the date of check-in, the amount deposited for reservation  will be reversed in credit for future bookings , within 90 days from the date of cancellation .

In case of comunications made by the guest after noon time of the second day ( less than 24 hours ) prior to the date of the check-in , as well as no shows on the day of check-in or cancellation at the front desk ,the reservation will be cancelled without  refund of amounts deposited.

NOTE – Reservation refers to the total amount of the daily rates.
              Deposit refers to the value anticipated ( 50% ) for the reservation..
